How are new converts best won and discipled in our culture today? Is the best route a large congregation (hundreds) with its own building or is a better route smaller congregations
(dozens) meeting in rented premises?

In this paper I argue that smaller churches meeting in rented premises enable us to fulfil the Great Commission more effectively than a single large church with its own building.
